5 Secrets For Perfect Lashes

1. Use eyelash curlers
Lash curlers can really open up your eyes making them look wider and brighter. Always curl before applying mascara, not after. They work best on clean lashes. Also if used on lashes with mascara, they can tear lashes from the roots. For better results, heat the curlers with a hair dryer for about 5 seconds.

2. Wait for lashes to set between coats.
After you have applied a coat of mascara, wait for a minute before applying the next coat. Giving the mascara a little bit of time to dry between coats means that the mascara will set and build upon each layer instead of ending up clumpy. 

3. Use a lash comb.
Don't let your eyelashes go clumpy. Use an eyelash comb to comb your lashes after applying mascara. After applying a coat of mascara, wait a few seconds. Then brush through your eyelashes and apply the next coat. 

4. Don't mix mascaras. 
Mixing two different mascaras together is not a good idea. Some formulas won't mix well and will end up turning into a clumpy mess. Its best to only use one mascara at a time.

5. Condition your lashes.
Your eyelashes are small hairs that suffer day to day if you use mascara and eye makeup removers.This may make them brittle and dull. To condition lashes you could try using lash conditioners or growth treatments to help your lashes grow and stay conditioned.
